Bludom Gelatin is crafted from our organic Aleatico Passito IGP Lazio wine. The wild rose aroma, characteristic of the Aleatico grape, and the slow natural drying process in the eco-tech cell make this gelatin a perfect pairing for fruits, desserts, aged and blue cheeses, grilled meats, and game.

*Lazio Aleatico Red Passito Wine IGP 56% (contains sulfites), *Raw Sugar 43.5%, *Agar Agar. *Organic ingredient.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
