EVENTS AND PACKAGES

DISCOVERING TUSCIA

Wine as a common thread for the discovery of winegrowers, vineyards, and the winery with a focus on innovation and sustainable development. You will be guided through the exploration of Tuscia with wine, culture, wellness, nature, and good food. You can complement your visit and tasting at the organic Trebotti company with taste experiences featuring the best organic gastronomic offerings at zero kilometers directly from our agricultural lab with products gifted by nature. You can visit the most enchanting places in Tuscia, from MUVIS, the largest wine museum in Europe, to Civita di Bagnoregio, the Park of Monsters in Bomarzo, Viterbo, and Orvieto, and then on to nature hikes, thermal baths, truffle hunting, and much more.

All of this in a simple, authentic, and natural way.

TREBOTTI IN TEVERINA WINE, ART, CULTURE

Every year, we bring together the themes of cultivation with culture. Directly in our winery, thanks to our agricultural lab, we organize tastings, lunches, and events. We are also available as a venue for weddings and team building. With the slogan ‘TREBOTTI in Teverina – Wine, Art, Culture,’ we organize concerts, exhibitions, and conferences. Every year we organize the ‘Bioharvest Day,’ which takes place in mid-September. Since 2003, the founding year of the company, we have already welcomed more than 15,000 wine tourists from all over the world.

TOUR, WINES, AND CUISINE

A walk among the vineyards, the olive grove, and the Etruscan tomb where our sparkling wine matures. We will tell you about it during the company tour our sustainability projects, you will meet Jane, our beautiful donkey mascot, and you will be able to enter the ancestral cave: a 2500-year-old Etruscan tomb (a journey through time where the layers of lapilli and ashes from the eruptions of the Bolsena Volcano 850,000, 500,000, and 350,000 years ago are still visible) where our Ancestral Method Classic sparkling wine patiently matures. Then, as we walk to the winery, among nature and artworks, we will tell you about the organic winemaking process and the commitment we put into producing quality wines that respect the environment and the community that hosts us. Finally, we will invite you to take your seat at your table, where we will guide you through a wine tasting paired with our homemade gastronomic products, with our wine always taking center stage.

AN ECO WINE EXPERIENCE IN TUSCIA

You will immerse yourself in the most authentic Tuscia. Wine as the guiding thread for discovering the winemakers, the vineyards, and the cellar, with a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable development.

“Our unforgettable panorama awaits you at the top of the hills overlooking the Tiber Valley, the Alviano Oasis (one of the most important wetlands in Europe and a WWF reserve), and directly opposite, Umbria.

We will meet on our courtyard where we will start telling you about our sustainable winery carved into the tuff, and then we will begin to stroll around the estate. You will see our twenty-year-old vineyards and the sixty-year-old one, then our olive grove, and you will meet Jane, our free and happy donkey, the best ecological lawnmower.

While we discuss our grape varieties and our wines, we will also share with you our sustainability projects. In the meantime, as we walk, we will take you to visit a 2,500-year-old Etruscan tomb where our Ancestral Classic Method sparkling wine matures. You will take a journey back in time, seeing with your own eyes the geological evidence of the Bolsena eruptions up to 850,000 years ago. As we walk towards the cellar, amidst artworks, we will tell you about all our innovative projects for a fair, sustainable, and Carbon Neutral agriculture: from our bio-lake, to the underground sustainable cellar, to the techno-ecological drying chamber, to the winemaking process 3S SustainableWithoutSulphites. All projects were born and certified thanks to the collaboration with the best Italian research centers. And then finally, in the winery, a tasting of our best wines awaits you, accompanied by a rich menu of our Sustainable Delicacies (local cheeses and cured meats, bruschetta with our Selezione Verde olive oil, crostini customized with our recipes, seasonal vegetables, and desserts), paired with our finest wines.

Each tasting can also be personalized with the disgorging of our Ancestral Method Classic Sparkling Wine. For an additional fee of 10 euros per person, for at least six people, we will let you choose a bottle (among those that have completed the hand-made remuage) directly from our cave. It will then be opened and disgorged live with you, in a copper cauldron filled with water and poured into your glasses. You will taste the sparkling wine directly as it comes out, after having matured for three years, from the Etruscan cave.
