This oil comes from the collection and selection of our olives of the Caninese and Moraiola varieties, harvested green to produce a high quality oil.

It is sustainable because it is made with lightweight recycled and recyclable cardboard and plastic and therefore has little impact on the environment. It also improves quality because it keeps the oil under vacuum away from light and air, preserving the fragrance for months.
