THE PROJECT

The Creamy Onion Spread with Violone is born in our agricultural workshop from the union of summer garden onions with our Violone wine, an indigenous wine from Tuscia.. Le cipolle vengono appassite dolcemente nel nostro olio e poi cotte lentamente nel violone, un pizzico di sale di Mothia integrale al finocchietto selvatico arricchisce la ricetta. Usiamo l’aceto e lo zucchero per conservare la cremosa come da tradizione evitando conservanti di sintesi.

It pairs wonderfully with fresh, herbaceous, and aged cheeses, red meats, and grilled dishes, and is perfect on warm bruschetta.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator at 4–7 °C.
