9:30 AM – Ready for an unforgettable day in nature?

We’ll welcome you on our panoramic terrace overlooking the Tiber valley, to begin a unique experience that combines wellbeing, tradition and organic wine.

Joining us for the day will be Francesca Lollobrigida, who will lead the metabolic walk through our vineyard rows.

How will the day unfold?

• A gentle warm-up to activate body and energy.
• A metabolic walk with Francesca Lollobrigida through the vineyards of the Trebotti organic winery, with wireless headphones and simple, high-effectiveness exercises.
• Guided relaxation to restore balance and harmony.
• Barefoot grape treading, an ancient ritual to relive the magic of wine from grape to fermenting must.

After the grape treading, we’ll take you on a guided tour through the vineyards, the olive grove and the Etruscan tomb where our sparkling wine ages.

During the walk you’ll learn about our sustainability projects, meet Jane, our donkey mascot, and discover our ancestral cave: a 2,500-year-old Etruscan tomb holding layers of lapilli and ash from the eruptions of Lake Bolsena volcano (850,000 – 500,000 – 350,000 years ago), where our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine now rests.

We’ll then head to the winery, walking among nature and artworks, to tell you about our organic winemaking process and our commitment to producing quality wines while respecting the environment and the community.

Finally, we’ll invite you to sit down for a guided tasting of 7 wines, paired with local specialities prepared in our farm kitchen, with wine always the star.
