If you prefer to enjoy our EcoWineExperience without worrying about driving, you can reach us comfortably by train, getting off at Alviano station, just one hour from Rome Tiburtina. We take care of buying your train ticket and send it to you by email. Departure is at 11:11 from Rome Tiburtina on Regional 4100, arriving at Alviano at 12:12, where we will meet you. In just 10 minutes by car we reach the winery and your experience begins, in total relax. We take care of everything!

A walk through the vineyards, olive grove and Etruscan tomb where our sparkling wine matures.

Around 12:40 we will be at the winery and our tour will begin. During the walk we tell you about our sustainability projects; you will meet Jane, our splendid donkey mascot, and we accompany you into the ancestral cave: a 2,500-year-old Etruscan tomb — a journey back in time where layers of lapilli and ash from eruptions of Lake Bolsena volcano 850,000, 330,000 and 230,000 years ago are still visible — where our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine matures patiently.

We then continue towards the winery, among nature and artworks, explaining organic winemaking and our commitment to quality wines while respecting the environment and the community that hosts us.

Finally we invite you to sit at your table, where we guide you through a tasting of our wines paired with food products from our farm, with wine always the star.

To close the experience, you will taste our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine, choosing a bottle together directly from the cave and performing disgorgement à la volée: opening the bottle by hand inside a copper basin full of water to remove the sediment.

At the end of the day we accompany you to Alviano station by 15:45, in time for Regional 4105 to Rome Tiburtina, where you arrive at 16:48.
