ECOWINEEXPERIENCE Trebotti wines and Tuscia cheeses

We meet on our courtyard where you can park and we begin telling you about our bio-sustainable winery. We take a pleasant walk through the vineyards, olive grove and Etruscan tomb where our sparkling wine matures. We share our sustainability projects; you will meet Jane, our beautiful donkey mascot, and enter the ancestral cave: a 2,500-year-old Etruscan tomb (a journey through time where layers of lapilli and ash from eruptions of Lake Bolsena volcano 850,000, 330,000 and 230,000 years ago are still visible), where our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine patiently matures.

Then, walking to the winery, we explain organic winemaking and our commitment to quality wines while respecting the environment and the community that hosts us. We stop at the winery entrance with a breathtaking view and describe our territory: Umbria opposite us, the Tiber, the WWF Alviano Oasis among Europe’s most important wetlands, and more.

In the winery we seat you for a tasting of our wines, presented and paired with a selection of the finest Tuscia cheeses. The cheeses are served with bruschetta with our EVO olive oil, our Aleatico passito jelly and our creamy onion preserve with Violone wine. To finish, we surprise you with a sweet speciality to taste with the last wine.
