Description
A walk through the vineyards, olive grove and Etruscan tomb where our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine matures.
At 12:00 or 15:00 you will be our welcome guests. During the walk at the winery we tell you about our sustainability projects; you will meet Jane, our beautiful donkey mascot, and we show you the ancestral cave: a 2,500-year-old Etruscan tomb (a journey through time where layers of lapilli and ash from eruptions of Lake Bolsena volcano 850,000, 500,000 and 350,000 years ago are still visible) where our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine patiently matures.
Then, walking to the winery among nature and artworks, we explain organic winemaking and our commitment to quality wines while respecting the environment and the community that hosts us.
Finally we invite you to sit at your table for a wine tasting.
ADD-ON OPTIONS:
- Tasting menu €19, typical organic products from Tuscia (organic cured meats and cheeses from the region, crostini, bruschetta, vegetables, desserts and more depending on the season) served with our bio-sustainable farm products.
- On-the-fly disgorging €10 per person (minimum six people), we let you taste our Metodo Classico Ancestrale sparkling wine by choosing a bottle together directly from the cave and performing disgorgement à la volée.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Free rescheduling within 24 hours. After 24 hours the ticket is non-refundable. Cancellation within the 48 hours prior is possible with a 10% withholding for financial and administrative costs.
